Dual SIM Samsung Galaxy Core i8262 with Android Jelly Bean coming soon

Samsung is seemingly getting ready to introduce a new dual SIM Android smartphone. It’s not a giant device – like the Galaxy Grand i9802, Galaxy Mega 5.8, or Galaxy Win – but a pretty normal handset that comes with a 4.3 inch WVGA display.

The new smartphone is called Galaxy Core (mode number GT-i8262).

Galaxy Core will be released starting mid May – at least in Russia. It should cost 12,990 RUB (about €320). The handset runs Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and features: Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, 5MP rear camera with LED flash, 768MB of RAM, dual-core 1.2GHz processor, 8GB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support.

The Samsung Galaxy Core measures 129.3 ? 67.56 ? 8.95 mm, weighs 140 grams, and doesn’t look too different from the other mid-end smartphones that Samsung has introduced lately (as you can see in the image above).

Russia aside, I assume the new smartphone will also be available in other European and Asian markets.
